Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping at Strength of One!
We know you're excited for your new gym gear and our top priority is getting your order shipped out as soon as possible. Orders placed before 12PM EST will ship the same day and any orders placed after 12PM EST ship the following day (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email after your order is submitted and another email notification when your order has shipped. This shipping notification includes tracking information as well as a clickable tracking number.
Please keep in mind nationwide and global shipping delays can occur (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather), which may impact your estimated delivery date.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Strength of One ships all of our orders via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship outside of the US. Our team is working to expand our market in the near future.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email and your tracking information has not updated, please contact us at help@so1apparel.com with your name and order number so we can look into this for you.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
