Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase! Strength of One is dedicated to ensuring our customers receive the highest level of quality in every product we sell. If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange your item(s) in accordance to the parameters below.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to submit a request for a return. The 30-day window starts when your package has been marked delivered by it's shipping provider.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any item that does not have the original hang tag still attached to the garment cannot be returned. Stickers that have been removed from the original transfer sheet cannot be returned either.

Returns will not be accepted if the item smells of cologne or perfume, if the item has markings or deodorant stains, if the item has been washed, or if the item is covered in animal or human hair.

Please note: Hats, shaker bottles, water bottles, socks, gift cards, items marked "Final Sale", or items marked "Special Release" or "Limited Edition" are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Products that meet any of these conditions will usually include a note in the description as well. 

You will need the receipt and/or proof of purchase to complete the return.

Damages and Issues
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at help@so1apparel.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address damaged items on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes hats, shaker bottles, water bottles, socks, gift cards, items marked "Final Sale", or items marked "Special Release" or "Limited Edition". 

Items purchased as part of a promotion in which you receive a free item, apparel, gift cards, gift, etc. are only eligible for an exchange or store credit. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
Exchanges can be made for a different size or item if your product is eligible for a return. To complete an exchange, please go here. After selecting your return reason, you will have the option to select a different size of the same product or purchase a similar item. Please note if there is not enough inventory to complete your exchange, a new exchange method will have to be selected. Payment Return Methods
After a returned item has been accepted, the payment will be credited back to the original payment method. This transaction typically takes 2-3 business days to be completed once your item is accepted by our team, but please note it can take longer during high-volume times of the year. The refunded payment will reflect the price paid when the order was placed, including any discounts and promotions. Any promotional items received with the order will be required to be returned if applicable, or the refund amount will be exclusive of the promotional item's value. Please note, any shipping or processing fees are not eligible for refunds.

 

European Union 14 day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
