How can I contact Strength of One?
Our team at Strength of One is always ready to assist with whatever questions you may have and customer support is available Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM EST. We can be reached by our contact form, help@so1apparel.com, or by using the chat box located in the bottom right corner of our page.
Please allow us 1-2 hours to respond to your request during our business hours. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
What is the Warrior Rewards Program?
We created our Warrior Rewards Program as a way to say thank you to our most loyal customers by offering them store discounts and access to special promotions. Warrior Rewards is completely free to join and you can start earning instantly upon sign up. To get started or find out more, check out our program page here.
How does the Wishlist work?
Our Wishlist app makes it easy to save items that catch your eye and return to them later on. To add an item to your wishlist, click the heart icon next to the "Search" magnifying glass button and it will automatically be added to your Wishlist. Your Wishlist page can be accessed by clicking the heart icon in the webpage header.
- Why can't I see items in my list I added on a different device than the one I'm using now? Wishlist items will only reappear when using the same device if you're not logged into an account. By logging in/creating an account, all your items will be saved no matter which device you're using.
Stock & Inventory
Size Chart
Each one of our items is designed in a way to enhance your body along with providing comfort and flexibility. For this reason, each product has specific size charts that can be found on the product page above the size selection. If you are unsure of which size to order, our team is happy to help you out.
An item I want is out of stock, what do I do?
Our top priority is keeping up with the demand of our items to ensure we can offer our customers the largest selection in styles and sizes. From time to time though we may run out of stock on certain products. Restock times do vary between products so we offer alerts on all our items to ensure you can stay up to date when a restock happens.
To sign up for restock alerts, simply select the "Notify Me" button on the product listing and enter your email address when prompted. As soon as more stock is added, you'll receive an email notification with a link to purchase.
Please note not every one of our items will be restocked in the future. Items such as ones marked "Final Sale" or any Limited Release items are a one time sale and won't be replenished in the future.
Orders & Shipping
Multiple Packages / Split Fulfillment
To ensure every order is packaged appropriately and arrives to you in the best condition, larger orders may be split between multiple packages. Your shipping confirmation email will provide details on all packages, including all tracking numbers.
Please note orders split between multiple packages may arrive at different times. Please refer to your tracking numbers for the most up to date arrival estimates.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. You can access the estimated arrival date of your order by clicking the tracking link. This email can get sorted into spam or promotions folders sometimes so be sure to check those out as well.
You can also access your tracking info by logging into your account and clicking the tracking link from your order history.
Please keep in mind that carriers can take a day or two to update the shipping status. This means your order is coming your way, the carrier just hasn't updated the status yet. If five or more days have gone by without any update from the carrier, send an email to help@so1apparel.com and we'll look into it further.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you've submitted your order, you'll receive a confirmation email from us. Orders placed before 12PM EST are processed and shipped the same day (excluding weekends and holidays). Once it is shipped, you'll receive a secondary email with tracking information. Estimated shipping times are between 2-7 business days for United States customers and dependent on the shipping service you choose at checkout.
What if I need to change my shipping address?
We work fast to get your orders processed and shipped as soon as possible. If you find you accidentally entered the wrong address, please contact us at help@so1apparel.com or send us a message within 24 hours with the correct shipping address. We cannot guarantee the address can be changed but will do our best to accommodate.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time our products are only being offered for sale in the United States. Our team is working diligently though to expand our market and make Strength of One accessible worldwide. If you're outside the US and want to purchase our products, drop us a message so we can add your location to the list.
Is your packaging recyclable?
We ship almost all our orders in 100% polypropylene material, recycling code 5. We strongly encourage our customers to recycle their packaging, but please check with your local recycling program to ensure they will accept the material.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges may be made for the same item in a different size or similar item. Restrictions on certain items do apply. Please go here for instructions on how to start an exchange.
What is your return policy?
We allow 30 days to return your item(s) upon delivery. There are restrictions for certain items and all returns are contingent upon the item's condition. Items can be exchanged, returned for a store credit, or refunded to the original payment method (fees may apply). For our full return policy please click here.
Payments & Promotions
E-Gift Cards
E-Gift cards can be purchased on our site for personal use or to be sent as a gift. All gift card purchases are sent by email and we do not offer physical gift cards at this time.
- Will my gift card expire? Our gift cards don't have an expiration date.
- Can I use a discount or promo code to purchase a gift card? Gift cards can't be purchased at a discounted price.
- Can I return a gift card? All gift cards are final sale and not available for a refund or exchange.
How do discount codes work?
Discount codes can be applied to eligible items at the checkout by entering your code in the "Discount Code" input field. The discounted amount will automatically be taken off your total before submitting your payment.
- Why didn't my discount code work? Some of our codes have expiration dates so it will not work after a certain time. Check out where the code came from and double check the expiry date to make sure it's still active. Discounts are also not able to be used for items included in current sales/clearance events (unless otherwise stated on the code), or towards the purchase of gift cards.
- Can I combine discount codes? Only one code can be used at a time.
- I forgot to use my code at checkout, can you apply it now? Once an order is placed we cannot retroactivity apply a discount code or credit it back in any form.
Do you offer discounts for military, first responders, etc?
Yes! Strength of One is proud to be a partner of GovX ID, the nations largest organization for military and government discounts.
Active duty military, veterans, first responders, government employees, and teachers are all able to receive one (1) 15% discount per day for use on their order where discounts are available.

What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a buy now, pay later option that gives our customers the ability to instantly make purchases for items and then make four equal payments every two weeks, interest free. We offer this on purchases between $35-$500, excluding gift card purchases.

What does "Final Sale" mean?
Items we list as "Final Sale" are not eligible for a return or exchange. We typically list items as this when they are on sale at a discounted price, or part of a limited edition release.
