Raffle Giveaway Terms & Conditions

By entering the Strength of One Raffle Giveaway, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or older.
• Employees of Strength of One and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  

2. Entry Period

• The raffle begins at 11:00 AM EST on April 26, 2025, and ends at 5:00 PM EST on April 26, 2025 at Mass Collective: The Ultimate Shopping Experience.
• Entries must be submitted within this timeframe to be eligible.
  

3. How to Enter

• Customers who make a Strength of One purchase in-person during the Mass Collective shopping event are eligible to receive a raffle entry/entries.
• The number of raffle entries a customer can receive are as follows:
  • Spend up to $49.99 = one (1) entry
  • Spend $50.00 to $99.99 = two (2) entries
  • Spend $100.00 or more = three (3) entries
• Customers must provide a valid email address to a Strength of One associate at the time of checkout to be entered into the raffle.

4. Prize

• The raffle winner will receive one (1) Strength of One e-gift card of a $50.00 value.
• The e-gift card will be delivered to the email address the winner provided at the time of checkout.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be randomly selected using an online randomizer tool and announced at 12:00 PM EST on April 28, 2025 on Strength of One's official social media accounts via Instagram and Facebook stories.
• Strength of One will contact the winner by 12:00 PM EST on April 28, 2025 at the email address they provided. The email address used to contact the winner will be info@so1apparel.com. 

6. General Conditions

• Strength of One reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms.
• By entering, participants grant Strength of One permission to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes.
• Strength of One is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost entries, or unforeseen issues that may affect the raffle process.

7. Agreement to Rules

• Participation in the raffle constitutes full agreement to these terms and conditions.
